What True Vertical Integration Means
Most denim "manufacturers" are actually assembling a supply chain on your behalf — sourcing yarn from one supplier, fabric from a mill, and handing cut pieces to a separate stitching unit. Premo Denim doesn't work that way. We operate an ISO 9001-2008 certified textile mill for yarn processing, weaving, dyeing and finishing, and a full garmenting unit for cutting, stitching, laundry and packaging — both in-house, at the same facility.

1. Yarn Processing
Every order starts with yarn selection. We process a wide range of yarns in-house, including performance stretch yarns for fit and recovery, novelty and slub yarns for authentic vintage texture, and sustainable blends — recycled cotton, recycled polyester, and biodegradable cellulosic fibres like Tencel™ and Modal. 2. Weaving, Dyeing & Finishing
Yarn is woven into denim, chinos, and greige fabric at our textile mill, including two specialized capabilities most manufacturers don't offer: authentic red selvedge denim woven on traditional shuttle looms, and jacquard denim with intricate, woven-in patterns. 3. CAD-Driven Cutting
Fabric moves to automated, CAD-driven cutting floors, ensuring pattern precision at scale rather than manual cutting variance.
4. Stitching
Multi-line stitching floors, staffed by skilled artisans on heavy-duty denim machinery, execute felled seams, precise top-stitching, and durable bar-tacking.
5. Laundry & Finishing
Our in-house laundry facility delivers whatever finish a collection needs — a crisp raw unwashed look, complex vintage distressing, precise laser fading, or modern eco-washes.
6. Quality Control & Packaging
Every garment is checked before it's packed to buyer specification and dispatched, closing the loop from raw yarn to a retail-ready product.
