PROCESS FLOW FOR DENIM MANUFACTURING
1. Direct or Indirect warping: Preparing the warp yarns for weaving.
2. Dyeing: Coloring the yarn or fabric.
3. Weaving: Interlacing the warp and weft yarns to form the fabric.
4. Singeing: Burning off the protruding fibers on the surface of the fabric.
5. Desizing: Removing the sizing agent used during weaving to strengthen the yarns.
6. Mercerizing: A chemical treatment applied to cotton fibres or fabrics to permanently impart a greater affinity for dyes and various chemical finishes.
7. Finishing: Treating the fabric to achieve desired properties like softness, stretch, or durability.
8. Packing: Preparing the finished product for shipment or storage.
